In our last blog, we outlined three questions to ask when choosing where to invest in a nightly vacation rental. The nightly rental business is booming in Branson, and developments designed for nightly rentals are popping up all over the area. Today, we would like to highlight one such development--Vinyards Terrace!
Ground broke on the Vinyard Terrace development late last fall, with the intent to open premiere accommodations for Branson tourists in an ideal location. Offering 3- and 4-bedroom options, this development, whose first building is slated for completion this August, is already zoned for nightly rentals. In other words, by this fall, these units will be ready to be filled with eager tourists.
The Vinyard Terrace development is situated on the west side of Branson, nestled into the side of a ridge overlooking The Strip. HWY 376, which runs west out of Branson past The Shepherd of the Hills, is notorious for heavy traffic leading to Silver Dollar City. However, HWY 265, from which one accesses Vinyard Terrace, is a lesser-known route that does not normally receive the same level of traffic, allowing for greater convenience during the busy season.
Many nightly rentals are located close to one Branson attraction or another, capitalizing on those tourists who wish to prioritize the lake, shows, or shopping. However, because of its central location, Vinyard Terrace will be especially attractive to those who wish to explore a variety of Branson’s foremost entertainment options. It’s only minutes from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and Branson’s brand-new Aquarium, while less than a half-hour from Branson Landing and Top of the Rock.
Surrounding the buildings, the plan is to install a pool with restrooms and an outdoor shower, a playground, and a pavilion with a grill. Green space will also be preserved for those who wish to enjoy the outdoors on the grounds of the community!
Though much has been said about how this development is intentionally geared toward nightly rentals, we are also open to hearing from those who are interested in owner-occupied, personal vacation, and long-term rental options. There is much to love in this beautiful new development, and we are open to exploring how it could serve those who have personal as well as business interests in mind!
